I own a 3.8 compact 9mm, 4.5 .40, and 5.25 9mm. The slides interchange and shoot on all of them. I have a springer precision trigger in the 4.5 frame and since it was fitted to my 4.5 slide, it is not as good of a trigger with a different slide. That would be my only caution.Description. From the exploded diagram, it looks like a Locking Block Pin/Trigger Pin passes. through Frame, the Slide Stop Lever and the Trigger.

I'm trying to get that reciprocating mass down a little. I've already added weight to the frame to counter it (with the exception of making an old tac light frame into a weight).
