Hi, I have a 1999 Suzuki DF70 4 stroke outboard that will not run with 4 spark plugs in it. It will start with 3 plugs in. It doesn't matter which plug is removed. I have replaced the spark plugs, fuel pump and the battery. They needed to be replaced. The Ignition coils read within limits when tested with an OHM Meter. Bothif you see four flashes, a pause, then three flashes (_IIII_III_) it refers to the code “3-4” which is more than likely a fuel injector malfunction.
