The one file is the config file. It will always be changed from default if you start the loader. If this is all you're getting then the file validation completed successfully. Keep in mind that file validation *does not remove* files. So any cruft you have left over from mods is still going to be there.

When I validated it was showing 33 files failed. Allowed them to be fixed and re validated again before even booting up the game. And somehow 54 files failed to validate on the second run. I don't even know how an extra 21 files were corrupted in the time span of literal minutes without booting it up. Hasn't happened only once too.
