I complete this challenge in about a minutes time in Van Horn. Just antagonize someone in the saloon, soon the whole town is red dots (enemies). Run to the building next to the fence and get up on the roof. Using the Varmit Rifle with scope, shoot the hand of nearby guys shooting at you, not using deadeye. Pop-pop-pop, challenge complete.

I just go into deadeye and shoot in it normally. After 1 shot regardless of the type of gun, I exit dead eye.And ya get to keep Arthur's honor high if ya care. Good to know that animals can be used as well. Just not as fun as wiping out O'Driscolls. I just went to Hanging Dog Ranch and shot a bunch of O'Driscolls. You apparantley can't use deadeye because it automatically reloads your gun so the video said to go to strawberry, start a fight with a guard and when he pull his gun, shoot and aim for his arm, run until the red dots go away, go back and shoot the same guy 2 more times.
