I'm just wanted to know if there are a nice combination perks for this smg, since I'm not very knowledgeable about the perks and I haven't touched smg's since shayura left the trials. Currently have the following perks (non crafted) for my ikelos: Extended Barrel + Flared Magwell + Dynamic Sway Reduction + Voltshot. According to d2Checklist.com my god rolls is: Chambered Compensator. Seraph Rounds. Dynamic Sway. Tap the Trigger. Range: MW. For PvE I run a Subsistance. With 2 perks Surrounded or Demolitionist. If you like SMGs, I would suggest going for a Multimach from IB or Shayuras from Trials.

Any drops you're getting this season - the craftable versions, are all v3, hence the names like IKELOS_SMG_v1.0.3. It's just a reference to the fact that these are reissued weapons, there are much older 1.0.2 versions (and sunset 1.0.1) floating around that don't have the updated perks like voltshot.
