I'm a pretty frequent user of uber eats as a customer, and quite often when food is very late, has multiple stops, nobody picks up the order quickly the food is cold. I understand that there are many factors to this, smaller orders, not enough tip, availability, location etc. My main question is who would pay for the refund?
All I got was fries, and a chicken sandwich which as a vegan I cannot eat and had to throw away. Uber Eats is giving me a refund of 2.85 euros. That doesn't cover even half the cost of the non-delivered items. This is theft. I also paid fees and delivery of course.
