You just have to pick it up. So if you already have one or find it on an enemy, you just have to transfer it to your inventory. Just crafting it or spawning it doesn't work.only the create a home seems to be bugged. Journey steps before and after seem to reactivate (so far). tried online co-op. Still doesn’t work; tried building in several areas of the map, did not re activate; tried reinstalling game.
