Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS. Audio works now.

Switch to OpelGL it's in the 10-12fps range with many dips to 1-2 FPS whenever new shaders come up (Vulkan only dips to 10-15fps at these points).
