For those asking about Assurant/Asurion. I was an Asurion tech. Ended up getting a new career outside the field. That said Assurant isn't messing around and is going live in what seems like all the stores that did in store repair and then some. Turned down Asurion offers bc they offered me a higher up position but home/work balance was horrible.
