Sped up battle animations for some reason on 7th heaven. All of my battle animations are sped up and I cannot figure out why for the life of me. When I turn of my 60/30 FPS Gameplay mod by Vertex2995 the animations are normal again. Is there a way to play at 60 fps and not have it be super fast in combat.
