Scaling is achievable, their rules are reasonable. Signing up is a breeze. They allow you to trade a lot of products. Payouts are easy, and there are multiple methods of receiving payouts. They allow EAs, day trading, and scalping. Poor packaging. Customer service expected me to mail the boxes back and wait for replacements, forcing me to purchase somewhere else while waiting for the mail to go back and forth. Left out of pocket for a month with no item, no option to be sent a replacement and no refund until the clearly damaged item was returned and inspected. Shocking policies and service! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the follow-through had a hiccup, and caused several weeks to go by before the donation was fully processed, causing us to lose a couple of thousand dollars because the market changed. Once they became aware of what happened, they worked hard to get it right.
