Tivo v58 error.

I took the CableCard from my Roamio (which was showing Live TV just fine) and put it in my Bolt. I couldn't do the pairing online and called the Comcast CableCard activation number. There is either a hardware issue with your CableCard, or a software issue on the headend. I've seen both - the process you describe indicates the card is getting stuck in a loop of restarting itself, which is preventing tunes. The key metric is signal being displayed as 100% on the TiVo - if all of the signals are showing below 100%, the SNR at higher than 35 should be acceptable. I’ve been through every combination of attenuation from 0 - 16 dB in the past two weeks - it doesn’t change the frequency of V58 errors for me.

Additionally it appears that Tivo App (Android) sees the Tivo, however when I attempt to connect to the box it just hangs. and sometimes provides a 'Signon Error' message.
