ALL killstreak kits have the ( Not Usable in Crafting ) tag, it simply means the kit isn't used directly in any crafting recipe. A whole new take on a strange part, instead of counting how many kills under a certain condition you get, this part would track and update your highest killstreak with that weapon and that weapon alone.
