Sunbeam has made an unrepairable blanket. Your issue is that the thermostat is bad, but it can't be replaced. I think it is a rip off by Sunbeam. They are having a real issue with their blankets. If it is under warranty they will replace it. If it isn't under warranty it is useless as anything other than a regular blanket.
