My basic setup for graphics is usually: Oblivion Character Overhaul v2. Qarl's Texture Pack III Redimized. Bomeret's Texture Pack for Shivering Isles. Animated Window Lighting System. OCOv2 takes character of the characters looking like potatoes. QTP3R and Bomeret's updates the textures to an acceptable level.
