what do i do when my item was damaged in transit, i checked the item description before purchasing and it said there was no damages (the item is a trading card). I messaged the seller after receiving the card and asked if the item had damages, in the specific area it was damaged, before they sent it.
I am just wondering what I should do. I am the seller, the item arrived to the buyer damaged and I am fine with accepting the return on it.
