I made a (probably crappy) arena with traps for Old One's army. The mobs from it seem to be somewhat ghost-like and float about 3 blocks above the ground after hitting them. Before, with just a plain, flat surface, they looked and acted like "normal" mobs. Does anyone know if this is because of the traps or is it my area design?
The first thing you want to do is use your Pwnhammer on demon/crimson altars found at the bottom of the corruption/crimson biomes. Breaking these will cause hardmode ore to spread. Always leave at least one altar left as they are used for special crafting. I only use it for Old One's Army, because I have other arenas for bosses and events. There are restrictions in place for Old One's Army that aren't applicable to other events, so this arena was pretty much optimized around those restrictions. The arena I use for frost/pumpkin moon and martian/goblin/pirate invasions has a LOT more traps.

r/Terraria • Yo-yos in Terraria are an incredibly neat subclass in theory, but fall short in my opinion. There are not enough unique yo-yos in Terraria. Currently, there are 2 yo-yos that do something special, the Hive-Five and the Terrarian. I came up with a couple more.
