Seems like all of those having their cases transferred to NBC are having faster response. If the I130 and the I485 were separated, there is a problem with the file and the adjudicating officer at the Chicago office should have rectified the issue by calling up the A file. If the I130 has been transferred back to the NBC , there seems to be a problem for which you could wait a very long time with inaction by USCIS.

After the I-140 is approved case goes back to NBC for routing.
