Im my testing; the Battles Expert is what breaking the Side Panels, more specifically for me is the Class Panels v1 and v2, which will not load a tall. But if I uninstall the Battle Expert, the Side Panels (Class Panels v1 and v2) work as intended. Logs attached with broken mods. Edit: ModPack v12.3.1 #04 fixed the issues! Thanks Aslain and Team!

For us, it's about some slightly useful, entertaining or good looking mods for an obscure shooty-boat game. For Aslain, it's his livelihood. He'll do everything he can to keep his modpack clean. This mod can look very beautiful when used in conjunction with the "Female Name Changer" mod. Note: Special event commanders have not been changed. Special event commanders in their original form.
