RXOM is a pathway to store manager. If you want a store then yes, it's probably worth it, even though many aspects of the job will suck. If you have no interest in becoming SM, then I'd NOPE right out that offer. Rxom is good if you want manager experience. Its also good if the rxm allows you to be an actual rxom.
