I like twinblade with bleed, preferably Blood Slash art of war. Easily accessible in the beginning and not overpowered like seppuku. sepukku is a trade off, more bleed build up than dagger but you use your own blood. i'd not say its op at all especially since you need to beat a few major story bosses to get it.Blood build up is better too, with an L1 combo and arcane at a decent level bleed should proc very quick. Occult is better if you're gonna use Seppuku and you spec for Arcane, since you'll get more raw damage.
