I have been a customer for over 20 plus years. EXPECT A RESPONSE ASAP.Sometimes, notices are provided on the channel, but those are up to the discretion of the channel owner. NBC can be viewed for free with an antenna. If AT&T gave a discount for missing a channel, it would only amount to about $2-3 per month in most cases. You can call the retentions office during business hours and get a much better deal.If this channel and others are not coming back then you need to correct your lineup and compensate for the programs we are not receiving! I pay on time and expect excellence in satellite programming!
