First I wanted to invest in the VTSAX because it is the most diversified and tracks the ... I would not recommend splitting because both these ETFs contain a basket of the same companies with very minor differences. I would recommend investing in only one of these. If you go on portfolio visualizer you can track the performance of these 2 over the past years and you will see that the performance is rather similar.In large scheme of things I would agree. Short term things might vary for example if you look at the return in the last 3 months between hlal and spus.. hlal has outperformed.. in any case, it does come down to your personal choice.. but I am looking at diversifying globally, as you mentioned our shariah ETF options are limited.HLAL and SPUS are good.
