Case Remains Pending (I-485/EB2-NIW) Today, I received an update on my I-485 case, and the online status shows the “case remains pending.”. I am from the rest of the world, and my priority date is always current. Also, I-485 supplement j does not apply to me as this case is based on EB2-NIW.
