The XRS is a low cost budget chassis that is some what customizable and has some accessories (Has two different grip panels and length of pull spacers).
I had one in a MDT xrs. The weight distribution was very strange with a heavy stock and a carbon barrel. I never played with weighting it to balance. They have a slot on the MDT that works with the bottom bolt release. I personally feel for all around use, the bravo is the way to go. I like the xray grip better as it gives more control when moving with the weapon. However the ergos of the buttstock/comb are definitely more tactical/prs oriented. If you already shoot with a chassis a lot, it may not feel much different.
