I found I had to do the following to fix this situation. • make sure there was enough litter • press the reset button after every litter fill (even if I'm just topping it off a little bit) & everytime I put a fresh bag in the drawer • if these steps didn't fix the issue then doing a hard reset worked but usually just pressing the reset button worked and it didn't have the sensor ...
