I had a slow leak @ the Fuel Petcock and at the mechanical Fuel Pump inlet mounted on the Injector Pump. The right axle seal on my neighbors 6600 is leaking and he wants it fixed. I'm use to working on antique John Deere and Allis-Chalmers tractors. Need a few pointers. Does rear end need to be drained? I know the housing has to come off and pull the brake assembly and axle but not really any other details. At the end of the wire there should be a handle (76), or just a ring, attached. You attach the implement and back the tractor to push the link ends into locked position. Clearly, you are missing the handle for the wire. If nothing else is missing, the problem could be rust and dirt inside. Take the thing apart and examine it.
