As I documented in another thread, this is 100% a scam. The scammers appear to be following a script, including claiming that the order is fraudulent or that the card used was fraudulent. NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD. Any request via text for any of your account information is probably a scam.Customers that try to scam obviously don't know 2 main things: #1, the driver can't cancel the order, only unassign it. They're pretending to be support when support themselves are the only ones that can cancel it. #2, they also don't know that Doordash is supposed to put a hold of one week on payment changes so someone can't scam your account.About this group.
