Using cemu I believe the left click and drag is the motion control by default. It is awful to use though and I would highly suggest using the tutorial ejfr4nc1sc0 suggested to set up an Android phone. I've used it and it is actually pretty easy to set upI get 3:30/3:45 of battery life with this settings: Fps++ 30fps lock Tdp limit ~6 watt GPU lock MHz 800 Unlimited fps on steam deck, refresh rate 60hz. My tdp in game is always less than <13W minimum 11W in shrines in game 12W~12.7W. Increase your tdp by 2 more watts and you'll get that nice smooth 40fps.
