Finally made it to the range with the Glock 43x and the new Dagger Micro 15rd mag. Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag. Nothing drastic with the mag, but just a little touch up.

Again, likely a 1.1mm spring wire. I installed this spring in one of my Dagger pistols and retested for mag release function. It was now a light 2.2 lb. I did not like the feel and I was thinking that the mag may fall free during recoil. This magazine release is now too light and it would need to be tested.
