rpasetto - Thanks for the reply. Gate works as should in manual mode. Latch activates and pulls it tight as should be. The problem is that when it malfunctions in 'ON" mode that to many times it will not latch and pull gate in as it should. When it malfunctions the latch motor runs but stops before completly latching.
