For whatever reason. I assume it was simply an issue of the tracking system failing to update in it's case. The package suddenly showed up 5 or so days after the shipment process began and then all of the sudden both the Japanese and USPS tracking were both fully updated. Just a ghost in the machine I guess. 3 replies.
