For dexterity: Piercing Fang is a really good one, and I'm pretty sure it's the aow that Nagakiba starts with, but I may be thinking of a different weapon, Impaling Thrust is basically Piercing Fang but off brand, generally the same but it looks different and I'm pretty sure it does less damage too (if that's possible)

Looks like your stats are fine as is to me, I guess if you're doing a cold nagakiba I'd swap those 3 extra points from dex (min req for nagakiba is 22) and give them to int since dex scaling will be less anyway. And for moonveil of course you want int. Str is min for nagakiba and fai/arc are base I assume, after that you're fine.Double Slash is pretty good, but it doesn't have the stopping power of Unsheath.
