If the liner is up too high, it can block the DFI, making the unit think the drawer is full. If the full notification persists after checking the liner, the DFI lenses might be dirty. The waste drawer shows 40% full. To further troubleshoot, I performed multiple clean cycles, multiple resets, pulled power cord, took it completely apart and vacuumed everything. Still, no matter what it won’t show a zero percent empty.
