Re: LIM gaskets Your GM dealer may tell you that the metal frame gaskets will not fit your car, but fear not, they will fit all L36 engines from 1995 to 2003. In the older engines (95-98) the side rail seal locating pins will just hang out over the side of the block as those early engines had no holes for the locating pins.Jun 18, 2013. #5.
