Ever since I bought it new - Dec 2016, I noticed odd RPM idle fluctuation issues under various conditions. Basically, the idle dips similar to what I equate when you turn on the AC in most cars. However, my RPM dips when I roll any window down and it bottoms out or the reverse. There was an Idle Air Control valve in the 2009-2011 Souls. As I went looking through the FSM, I came across the PCV valve as a possible cause of rough idling and stalling. The PCV valve is easy to either clean or replace.
