Do the 300 page doc, use the cube deck, read the Kaplan book, make anki cards, do the section bank, redo the section bank, take at least 3 of the AAMC FLs if not the fourth as well, make anki cards on everything you missed, and then hope for the best Nothing is a guarantee on the MCAT unfortunately.

I wouldn't waste my time w the 300 pg. 86 is plenty. Read it blandly 1-2 times a day for ~15 mins (what I did). I just used it in the AM to prime/preview for the day and refresh from the day before. In the PM I read it blandly to refresh the days knowledge and preview the next day.The 300 page document is more comprehensive. I really enjoyed all the mnemonics and pictures. Definitely memorize this document cold since it follows the AAMC content guide to the T.
