I thought I would be clever and knock out the derelict freighter milestone in an abandoned system, but it was a buggy mess. The game would not tell me how far I had progressed on the freighter (no X of Y rooms, no checkboxes) and looking at the mission in the log showed placeholder characters where that info would be.
