Jun 22, 2017 · Spectre Mask, or Spectre Hood? The hood doesn't give you that much defense, especially, compared to the mask. BUT however the hood will give small amounts of health to the people on your team (Or you if you arent playing with anyone) every time you attack a creature with a Mana weapon, assuming you have the full set. The Spectre hood creates healing orbs when you deal damage to heal you. The idea is that if you deal a lot of damage, you'll keep alive. It's best mixed with magic power and mana regen potions. 2. The hood will heal you but lower DPS, and the hood lets you kill faster but decreases survivability. One is not better than the other because they provide different utilities for Mages. Both is the best option since you can very easily switch them.
