The problem is as follows: 1. Starter relay clicks and goes dead, restart a couple times and it may start. 2. Battery appears new, shows 14.3 volts running, but i have noticed shortly after a start, the voltage had dropped to around 10 volts until the alternator charges back up to 14.3 or so. 3.
