Heres the basic timeline: 3-4 weeks colonizing cakes 1 week consoldation time 1-2 weeks pinning in your FC 1-3 weeks fruiting in your FC So quickest is 1.5 months basically and longest is 8 weeks.

2 months ago I made 5 PF tek jars. 3 never did anything - no growth, no mold. 1 got moldy and the last one grew insanely slow. I still have that one like 2 months later and it isn't fully colonized still.
