Make sure they are right, or they will not work. If they are, start the engine and manually push down on the solenoid. Some, you have to have a sharp point to push the plunger. The first thing that comes to mind is an intermitant problem with your clutch switch. I have seen this before. It the clutch switch or wiring is faulty the engine ECU may think you are pushing in the clutch and in turn will not allow the Jakes to work. Next is the accelerator pedal may not be going all the way back to idle.

Sometimes if I bump the jake setting switch from 3 to 2 or 1, it will come back on again. Sometimes it will work on 2/1 but not 3. It has the Pac Brake brand on it.
