Has anyone Else been having a problem with the Heater Blend door Accumulator actuator? I have a 2012 Challenger, with low mileage 36000, I don't drive it much, I am now replacing the Heater Blend door Accumulator actuator for the 3rd Time. I have taken both actuators apart, and they both have one or two stripped teeth on the main Drive Gear.

Motor was running (making noise) but door drive gear wasn't moving at all. Could be what you are experiencing with yours.The are individual blend doors for each side. Try turning the system all the way up, turning the car off and waiting for a bit. Then turn it back on, turn the temps all the way down and repeat. when you turn it back on again, see if you can feel heat or cold the same on both sides.
