Amazon prime kicking me out.

I did that yesterday and got kicked out again today. I did step 2 recommended by the guy tonight which was to log out, delete the app, clear cache and then unplug everything. Then reinstall and log back in. I haven't been kicked out again but tomorrow between the nightly news and local news will be the test.For several days the Amazon prime video app has been having issues playing on my Roku TCL TV.
