It's wrong to look at the company at a high level, imo. In the past they have had United Healthcare and Cigna and all of the financial details (deductible, cost etc) were all the same. I chose UHC. Now they are replacing UHC with Aetna and haven't released the details yet but the financials will be likely be the same.
