The ABTF calculator is not all-seeing, and it can be off by a cup size or two (rarely more, though it's not impossible--see here for reasons why calculator may overestimate). Even then, you cannot expect every bra in 40I US / 40G UK to be a perfect fit. But the ABTF calc does get you way close than any other calculator!

It looks like the calculator is underestimating your size a little since both the Freya and the Natori bra look too small the cups. I would try a cup size up and see if it helps. 32DDD has the same volume as UK 30F (US 30G) and UK 28FF so I would try at a minimum UK 28FF and maybe UK 28G if there is still overspill on 28FF.You can only remove projection, not edit the footprint of the breast so reduced breasts are shaped differently than non-reduced breasts of the same volume.
