Try running some injector clearner with the next tank (or two) of fuel and see if it goes away.the fiilling up/hard start issue is related to overfilling. Over time it causes issues with the valve. I believe there are 2 valves--- one is on top of the gas tank- the 2nd is close to the engine. Usually changing the one by the engine will correct the issue. Someone has pics of their valve replacement on here.It simply lets you know you didn't get the tank sealed properly, either from leaving it off, not closing it fully, or from a failed gasket. 7.
