About half of my many hours of single player has been on Siptah. The two things I noticed aren't there that Exiled Lands has are: (1) environmental factors: Siptah doesn't really have anywhere that needs special equipment/supplies to survive; (2) defined arc: there is a story to Siptah, but there isn't the same progression toward a defined "win".

There are some recipes that need fragments as part of the crafting materials. I eat a lot of them because respeccing feats is a lot less work when you have more points than you need. Use them in the center tower. Takes roughly 100 fragments to get all of the recipes.
