Any UTF that meets the Ford spec M2C134D will work fine in your N tractor. Just read the label on the container. I use the UTF from TSC year around here in VA. 2N Hydraulic lift problems and a few other odditie. First post to the forum although I've been lurking for several months now. We recently bought a 45 2N. It didn't run when we bought it. I recommend that you buy an I&T FO-4 shop manual for your 8N before you tear into the hydraulic system. Cost $35-$40. They have a procedure in the I&T FO-4 manual to test pump pressure. I would definitely check the pump first.
