Haven't had any disruptions. We had the Comcast 400Mb plan before, was $102/mo, no TV or phone. For $70/mo we get 2.5x the download speed, almost 100x the upload speed (1Gb vs 10mb) and save $384/yr. As the next speed tier down is 250mb for $60/mo, the 1Gb is worth the extra $10/mo. Sounds promising.
